Do you have insurance?

Yes! We carry general liability insurance.

How many guests can you serve?

We can serve up to 400 people from our cart.

How far do you travel?

We charge a travel fee of $2 per mile for events more than 22 miles from our commissary kitchen in Durham, NC, up to a maximum distance of 50 miles.

How do I confirm my date? 

To secure your event, we require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due by the day of the event date.  

Where do you get the frozen treats from? 

We proudly serve Simply Swell ice pops and Philadelphia water Ice.

Do you have dairy or gluten free options?

Yes, we do! Most of our ice pops and water ice are dairy and gluten free. Just ask and we will send you the details!

Allergy Information

All our ice pops are made in a facility that also makes products that contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, meat, soy and wheat.

All our ice pops are pre-packaged and have allergy information directly on the individual labels. Please look carefully at the product labeling before enjoying.

Philadelphia Water Ice is Fat free*, cholesterol free, dairy free, gluten free, and produced in a peanut free plant.
